Soft Touch Nails operates by appointment only.

Please arrive on time. Arriving 10 minutes late may shorten your service; 15 minutes late will result in cancellation.

If you are dissatisfied with the way a nail looks during your appointment, please mention it before the service is completed so adjustments can be made.
Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Two no-shows may result in the refusal of future bookings.
Guests & Children

For safety and sanitation, only one guest may accompany you.

Children under age 5 are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
Health & Safety

To minimize the risk of irritation or infection, avoid shaving legs within 24 hours before a pedicure.

Soft Touch Nails reserves the right to refuse service if signs of infection or open wounds are present.
Payments

The remaining balance is due at the end of your service.
